Da pacem Domine (Give peace, Lord) is a votive antiphon written for use in the Sacred Liturgy and became very popular, particularly among the Crusaders. The more common Gregorian melody, from the 9th century, is elaborated slightly from the more rustic melody used by the the Crusaders and sung by the Cantores Sancti Ludovici.
